Alain Girard, President

Mr. Girard worked several years in close partnership with his brothers and sisters in their family-owned business. It is now with his daughter, Aude, that he makes sure all of the hotel’s operations work together as a harmonious whole, and that they continue to reflect their mission and values.


Aude Lafrance-Girard, General Manager

The needs and expectations of the customers to ensure they live a unique experience in our hotel are Ms. Aude Lafrance-Girard’s focusing role and effortsHer tasks are to guide and ensure the harmonization of all operations of the company’s services in accordance with the mission and values.


Johanne Caron, Director of Sales and Marketing

The tasks of Ms. Caron are diverse and allow her to work as a team, not only with her colleagues at the hotel, but also with numerous partners in the greater Québec region and tourism organizations abroad. Her role is to increase visibility and promote all our services.


Brigitte Gauvin, Revenue Manager

Ms. Gauvin’s career first started in June 2000 as a receptionist. Evolving inside the Hotel and its subsidiaries, especially as the Manager of the Hotel Chateau Bellevue, she added to her tasks the revenue managing at Hotel Chateau Laurier Quebec in June 2011, since then she is ensuring an impeccable operation.


Michelle Bégin, Housekeeping Manager

Ms. Bégin has been manager of housekeeping and laundry services in our four star establishment for over 30 years. Her main duties are to coordinate and monitor all housekeeping and laundry activities, including work done by our subcontractors.


Marie-Pierre Lebel

Ms. Lebel has been working in the hotel since 2000. Responsible for the sound financial management of the company, she oversees the accounting team, which provides constant support to senior management and all other areas of the company. In order to ensure an exceptional customer service, she plays an advisory role with confidence that the rules and procedures are respected.


Yannick Savard, Director of Human Resources

Mr. Savard main duties are to direct, plan and manage human resources to meet our hotel’s needs in terms of high business volume, quality service and performance. He makes sure that mutual respect, enthusiasm, pleasure at work and team spirit…our company’s core values…are understood and respected by everyone working at the hotel, whatever their role may be.
